Sicily is an island waiting to be discovered, and I can see a lot of sense in visiting Sicily whilst holidaying in Malta - even if it's just for a one-day whirlwind tour of Taormina.

A Visit to Vittoriosa

The old city of Vittoriosa, one of the three cities of Cottonera, boasts a fascinating history.  I really enjoyed putting this particular photo gallery together - though the images don't really do the place any justice!
